Hello Everyone,
This is just a quick update, I hope. First I want to thank the subscribers and all of our regular customers for using our "All you got to do is call" system. It seems to be working. Everything we have is on our website (mimosabisbee.com). When you find, or if you know, what you're looking for, give us a call 520-432-3256 or text me at 520-335-4064 (not good for phone calls and this phone tends to wander away from me so I may not see the text right away). We can tell you if we have it and when we can be here for you to get it. We try to be here our usual old hours (Noon to 6 Tue-Sun) and if we're not, we won't be gone for long, and we live here. We'll answer when we can. As I said to a neighbor yesterday, "we're actually available more hours for our customers, now that we're closed!" Please feel free to use the comment section at the bottom of the website for any questions you may have.
I received an Angus sirloin from Merit and I'll be cutting it this afternoon and have steaks available for sale Wednesday Thursday and Friday, April 20, 21, and 22. Just give a call or ring the doorbell and if we're here we'll answer. Here's the updated bulleted list that every update should have.
We still have local eggs when the hens are laying (most of the time).
I still take care of over 100 culinary herbs and spices in bulk for you to fill your spice jars.
We still have my homemade bulk sausages, ground Angus chuck, some seafood and Continental Sausage's Bratwurst products in our freezers.
Homemade Mustard, ketchup, Tomato Sauce, Chicken and Beef Stocks.
We still have newspapers, wine, beer, candy, tobacco, and...ICE CREAM!
Produce is down to the basics but we still keep some fresh goods (onions, garlic, carrots, celery, tomatoes, bananas, etc.)
There is occasionally bread left from “Bread in the Driveway” after we stop at Noon on Saturdays. Call the store to see what we may have.
I got a new load of flour in so we're set, I hope, for the next 6 months for “Bread in the Driveway”. I'm very grateful to all those who enjoy doing this delightful little dance with us. Again, thank you all for your cooperation and support for these ideas. I wish everyone a very budding and vibrant spring, and that you all stay safe and especially... Stay Free!
